Due to the various values of our art we ask that you first buy your art then either contact us via the contact us page or contact hello@deargreengallery.com. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange shipping if you haven’t already done so.
Depending on the value and weight of the art prices with insurance vary from £10 to £50.
We use PayPal which is really quick and easy. You can use PayPal to make a payment even if you don’t have a paypal account.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery service we arrange once you purchase your art. We try and offer next day or a two day delivery service. This will be arrange with you to make things really easy.
We use security standard with our online shop to protect your data. We don’t store customers data instead we use the PayPal payment gateway to process our customers orders. No data is stored on our database or by our team.
After you order you will be presented with a checkout screen. Please choose either collect or contact for delivery. Once payment has been received we will then contact you to arrange a suitable shipping method that suits you best.
Yes you will receive an invoice at the final stages of the PayPal checkout.
